Grievance Procedure
If you wish to record your dissatisfaction with the operation of the Program; the means test or a decision on your eligibility; Program benefits; or service standards, you should submit your complaint in writing to the General Manager, VisionCare NSW (PO Box 147, ST PAULS NSW 2031).
